Surely a job for your local councils environmental team, not sure how long it would take them to act though. Knowing councils the way I do I would imagine 6 months to deem it "urgent" then another 18 months to actually do anything (they're still getting over Covid you know).

We had a similar, if not quite so bad property locally some years back.

The best part is…….it belonged to the local (Conservative) mayor!

Believe it not , when me and my brother shot the Rats on our council tip that they put on the marshes in the late 60s it was a lot cleaner than that chaps front garden , on our road now there is someone out on most days sweeping the leaves up which is a never ending job if the wind get up , give them credit we do live in a tidy area :lol:  MM
