Hi Dave ... Yea I sold Bobby a nice little English hammer gun I no longer use , rather than mess about with auctions I was more than happy to see it go to a good home , I seem to have a lot more time on my hands than the people who pop in to see me , we went down the marshes where I shoot and he would had been very welcome to have a walk around or if he had come during the afternoon I would have took him down to have a shot at a duck , still he had to be at Kings Lynn at mid afternoon so another day might be on the cards at a later date , just like all the members I have met he was another very decent chap and as you all know the kittle is always hot if any of you are passing and need a cuppa .

Just to confirm I didn't make the mince pies as mine seem to look entirely different with the Aberdeen Angus best fat free mince I use from the butchers

Unlike the Pigeon shooter from Essex , I take all this abuse with a smile on my face , not only that I thought we had finished with the chess board thread  , even my fellow county man called me a walley the other day when the forum was slow and I pressed the wrong button , well that was my excuse even though he was right ,

Well I go to the W I once a week for knitting lessons ,where the other member go then I can't say , I have now been for nearly four months and I haven't finished my first woolen water boot sock yet, maybe it might be better if I bought a pair and just continue making the tea and calling the bingo numbers out

These were top notch mince pies. I like an iced mince pie from Tesco,
