I thought after looking at the first photo you were eating raw veg, but no it was just the beginning of a perfect dinner , I have already made my mind up and that is before I have cleaned all the trays and dishes I have used ,that next year I am going to have a decent bit of steak for Christmas if the good lord don't need me , and to make it edible I will practice weekly throughout the year aheadΒ :lol:Β

Well done?Β

Had the oven set a bit hotter for the potatoes etc, so it cooked a bit quicker than I wanted, low and slow 🫣 But it was still very nice πŸ˜‹

That’s a great colour on the Yorkshire pudding, they must have been good eggs! Nice looking bit of beef as well. I love a rib roast.

Used Burford Browns as I get nicer eggs for over Xmas πŸ™‚ Was a bit soft, but not bad for my first attempt πŸ˜†

Go for it MM,,,, I look up cooking methods/recipes on the BBC food website as a guide, and tweak things to suit, then try to remember for the next time 😁
