I would recommend calling the BASC membership team in the morning on 01244 573 030 and tell them you are looking around and they may be able to help save you money by pointing you to one or more of the various BASC members only discounts available based on your shooting and other interests. You could end up saving much more money than your BASC subscription or whatever new subscription you get elsewhere. As regards insurance and bespoke help and advice from BASC the following articles may help: https://basc.org.uk/fighting-your-corner-on-firearms/ https://basc.org.uk/cutting-through-the-insurance-jargon/ By staying with BASC you are supporting our fight for all shooting disciplines in the UK - a key issue right now being the unfair hike in GB firearms licensing fees. https://basc.org.uk/fight-for-a-fair-deal-on-firearms-licensing-fees/

I would stick with BASC - premium insurance and despite maybe not getting everything right for everyone - they do try

Red carp Posted Thursday at 10:19 Report Share Posted Thursday at 10:19 (edited) Gunplan 10 Million third party liability £50,000 personal injury £5,000 gun cover theft + accidents £71 👍 you can take away the gun cover & it reduces drastically, third party only £30. Do you go to any of the Gamefair or shooting shows where you get free entry with BASC? Helps justify the cost for me.
