marsh man Posted Tuesday at 19:51 Report Share Posted Tuesday at 19:51 I bought some pieces of steak Sunday so I thought I would do a bit of Rump tonight , to keep it company I had some triple cooked chips that were reduced in M+ S , some button mushrooms , extra large Prawns, seafood sauce and some rice with a spot of salad from Japan , all in all it was nice but I had to imagine what some of it tasted like as I still can't taste a lot of food , but never mind there are a lot of people worse off than me . I must admit I am eating better now but that might be down to feeling a bit better this year and possibly cooking the food better , I am also showing the first signs for months in putting a little weight on instead of constantly losing weight , I was 38 waist for most of my married life with doing a fair bit of manual work , I then dropped to 36 and I can get a 34 waist on alright but I recon I am now 35 w , slightly to big for 36 and 34 is a fraction to tight , still as long as I feel alright I am no longer concerned about my weight ,overall I do eat and live fairly well . MM Judging by what you post, you do eat well. A 'balanced' food intake is good, and you seem to have that with a wide range of veggies, both root and green, meats, fish etc.
