Hi, John Lusty turtle soup, many years ago I worked as a ships chandler we sold cases of the stuff to the cruise ships. Lusty had a factory in Limehouse in the East End of London where they kept live turtles to make the soup, all part of history now.

Did they have a soup a while back called mock turtle soup ? , not saying it was from where you worked but I seem to remember the word , mock on a tin of soup .  :good:

the alligator i eat regular was just the tail and it was cooked like KFC ....as i said it was like a greasy chicken...
