LEFTY478
What's your idea Chrimbo film? Are you a Sound of music man, or a Guns of Navarone fan? Chitty-chitty bang-bang, or the Great Escape? This Wonderful Life or The Life of Brian, to keep it topical?

BSA Shaun
Star Wars, always on at crimbo. But my favourite is a Spaghetti Western trilogy day with the old man and a few beers, a usual tradition
Guest The Outlaw
The only screen I see on Christmas day is the windscreen of the car as we all trek down to South Wales to my mother. If we are lucky enough to get a glimpse of the TV it will be what ever dvd's the kids have had for Christmas, once they have finished arguing over who watches what first. death from below
Christmas tv is the pits(unless youn have sky - which I do so there ). Just a bunch of old **** films and tedious re-runs......I'm sticking to the winning formula of eating/drinking koads and chatting to the inlaws/parents and having a lovely time with my missu/kiddy

Wookie
Either a classic war film or "The Christmas Bondie". But, the Bond film has to be either a Moore era or a Connery era one. the later ones are not good for Christmas viewing.
Axe
It would be nice to have enough spare time to watch a film but i'd have to say The Great Escape.
Chard
I don't watch a lot of TV at Christmas (or any other time) because it's **** I used to like watching the Alamo that's the original one with John Wayne, not the modern pretender. It's incredibly corny and gung-ho but I still enjoy it

jerico
The Life of Brian, to keep it topical? Great film Men of Harlech stop your dreaming Can't you see their spear points gleaming See their warrior pennants streaming To this battlefield Men of Harlech stand ye steady It cannot be ever said ye For the battle were not ready Stand and never yield From the hills rebounding Let this song be sounding Summon all at Cambria's call The mighty force surrounding Men of Harlech on to glory This will ever be your story Keep these burning words before ye Welshmen will not yield
