mendevelium
You people seem to be forgetting Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz! Also, Italian Job (origional of course), lock stock, snatch, LOTR, Saw flims, My left foot, too many others! As a rule British films are by far the most superior; especially when compared to the stereotypical rubbish that spews from Hollywood. Having said that, many French films are really quite good. Guest Mr Pieman
'To Kill a Mockingbird'. Gregory Peck at his finest. Even though it was shot in black and white, I'd rate it as the best film ever made

UnclePete
LE'ON THE PROFESSIONAL by luke besson the full length version stunning and gary oldman is cool as the bad cop Spot on that man, impeccable judgement. Gary Oldman, Natalie Portman, and Jean Reno will never do better work. The plot is no more ridiculous than any other thriller, and this one oozes class. As the rubber man says, get the full-length version, you know where from. Also consider Jacob's Ladder, Arlington Road, Beowulf, We Were Soldiers, Spartan, Manhunter, Heat - just so many!
