sweepy
I am a company director for a small plant hire firm. Not as good as it sounds still have to operate machines every day on site and do the work that the other blokes won't(weekends, nights, call outs ) and the worst bit is being on salary you end up earning less than those who get overtime and you do twice as much work Sweepy
