I rarely formaly complain and this is the first time I've ever done this.... On the 22nd of April purchased a catapult from GKJ website selected the type I want and elastic I wanted. Of course paid straight away. Lovely I thought. Look forward to that. The weeks passed I waited patiently and made contact some weeks after purchase. Reply apologising for delay. Over the following weeks several emails sent by me. All replied with apologies. I've lost count on the amount of emails I've sent. Well it's the 28th of June and still no sign. So I've sent an email for a full refund. I feel 3 months is enough to get it sent out. Very very disappointed and def won't be recommending him to anyone, in fact the opposite if anything.
