My lad is 15 and has no life other than playing games on his laptop-it affected his school work and he is totally oblivious to the world around him. Apologies for being blunt but if your mate cannot handle a Westie then he should not have a dog at all. Test your theory-if you shoot and zero at ,say, 30 yards-try 15 and then 45 yards-does the pellet strike different sides of the target? The R10 seems to suffer from the odd build quality issue-I seem to remember that Gamo made some of the barrels and the machining quality was poor-if the barrel is not square in the action you are fighting a losing battle-do you know any engineers that could run a Dial Indicator clock along the action/barrel.

If your mounts are dead true and your scope is centered adjustment wise and your pellet is going 6" inches wide at 25 yards then your barrel is out of alignment or bent-simple as. Making off-set mounts will only help at the range you set your zero at.

I collect 35mm cameras and love using them but to say that using Digital is not real photography is not something I would agree with. I would not usually moan about a charity but this outfit has me somewhat miffed. After seeing their latest TV advert I donated £3 by texting the required word and thought no more of it. About an hour later they called my mobile and, after a quick thank you for donating, asked if I would donate £120!. I explained that,as a family, we got together on new years day and chose a charity between us-we then set up a direct debit for £50/month over the following year and that I would suggest Children with Cancer for the following year. At hearing this the man decided to simply ask for £60 instead-I repeated my method of donating but then he asked if he could just take £5/month from my mobile as he already had my number-by now I was getting peed off with his hard sell and told him I was going to hang up,which, after another couple of minutes of listening to him trying to get money from me, I did. Whilst I am sympathetic towards most volunteers who collect for charities I never thought I would experience calls like this.

So sorry I cannot help but I sincerely hope that she recovers-best of luck to her.
