try phoning Teague as when I ordered my choke from him he e mailed me to ask which type old or new -
check the gas ports on the barrel aren't blocked have you changed cartridges ?

we had problems with ours it turned out it didn't like the old 625 lines Ariel so we had a digital Ariel fitted and it settled down ok
