    Recording TV

If you get sky Hd then you get the F1 channel chucked in (for now I guess at least). That's a tenner on top of the basic pack.

    Recording TV

If you wanna watch all the F1 then sky is the only way to go. If not that bothered about all the races look up "freesat HD". Humax do a box that can record HD freebiew for a few hundred quid that use the old sky cables.
  4. Top offer Swiss. Wish I could commit to a few days and help out. Normally free Mondays but busy next week and think your after a bit more than I can do at minute. Hope someone picks this top offer up, helps out and treats it with respect
  5. Personally, and I work in the same sector as you, I would be bringing this up with the head of HR. Specifying names in this context is tantamount to bullying. By using your name he/she is deliberatly trying to muddy your name with collegues and its wholy unproffesional Get away with this one today, what tomorrow? I would at least have my objection to the treatment noted with HR, but depending on the relationship might push for an apology/retraction to the same parties from said manager. Added to this, use of company property to push a personal agenda I'm pretty sure is a big no no. Sometimes folk need to be reminded they can't go about doing as they please. If he's a proffesional then he should recognise his mistake and not hold a grudge
  6. Me and the old man got there for about 8:20 this morning. The car parking was run by a bunch of numpties who had no clue but after 20 mins we were 'parked'. Quick walk to the pay gate and there was no real queue. Inside was not so bad at that time but as the morning got on it got more and more frustrating. Just too many folk. Queue for a brew, queue for pee. Queue to walk to the next bleeding stall. Come mid day we left the halls for the shooting at the other side of the park. But as we were leaving the queue to get in must have been 100meters long and four wide. As many have said, I think they have underestimated just how many would turn up. If your gonna go, go early doors

    Black OPs 2

Google "port forwarding ps3 black ops 2". You will find the port numbers that need to be opened out in the firewall(router) that will speed up play as well as change the NAT type to "open". Then he should have no bother Edit - oops, beat me to it
  8. When mentioned to More Than they added £7 to my premium to cover them. Not exactly drastic
  9. There is a gun dog school at Subbs Hall Farm I believe. Its not technically south Yorkshire, but only just outside and pretty easy to get to being just at the side of the A1. http://www.kirkbournespaniels.co.uk/
  10. I'd be up for joining guys. Not sure if I'll be at the fair just yet, so don't rely on me there, but I'll keep an eye on the thread for other dates.
  11. I've got sky fibre but not running on one of those new hubs. I got it installed when it first came out and have a BT branded white box that connects the the fibre side, that's then cabled to a wifi router (sagem I think). This is then cabled in to my home LAN. On wifi I get speeds around 18mBits and ping speeds around 40-50ms. On LAN it's more like 38mBits and less than 10ms ping. I'm roughly 2.5 miles from the exchange and 800m away from the cabinet. No stability issues but I do tend to use LAN most of the time. The wifi signal from the router is poor. Beyond 20 meters it drops out (walls in the way). So I have a second router on the network, a netgear, to boost the signal. This helps enourmously and the net work is now available at the bottom of the garden too. Adding a second router was a doddle if signal strength is an issue for you. All this said, if I could get Virgin I would. Had it at my last place and although I've not had the issues on fibre that I had on standard ADSL, I was always impressed with its reliability. That, and Virgin do 100mBit connections. Just a shame I don't live on the other side of the road :-( And questions about the set-up just ask
  12. Swiss, What's the dimensions? Had a browse on net but want to be 100% sure. Also, is it the vault type or the two 9 leaver type pictured above? Everyone one that came up in my search were vault type
  13. I have a gu10 install in my home office and the bathroom. The office gets more use and the lights are on pretty much 3 full days a week, circa 12hrs each day. The same bulbs have been installed for around 2 years, so that's roughly 1,900 hours. How long are they lasting in the install you mention? Does the constant switching damage them?
  14. Awwww, damn it. Can't make the 9th. I'll keep an eye out just incase the date changes though, be well up for this.
  15. Ah, might be a tad too big then. Shame. Thanks browning123 for clarifying.
  16. Very interest Tom. What chest size would you say that the XL is? I'm not build like the honey monster but sometimes take an XL. So if anything around a 42" chest I'll have it. If it is, please PM me your payment details
  17. Im not sure how to post a link, but search YouTube for "giant douch versus t*rd sandwich". Quality South Park scetch that seems really approprate here
  18. Just had steak pie with the thickest of thick gravy made form yesterday's stew leftovers. Oh, and mush peas of course. All washed down with a perfectly chilled bottle of Black Sheep. Happy as a pig in ****
  19. South Yorkshire, Rotherham, Wise Guy Ink 12 Doncaster Gate,Rotherham, South Yorkshire S65 1DJ All bespoke work and Guy Tinsley, who owns it, it's an awesome artist. Only downside is the wait for an appointment, but then that's a good sign in my eyes; in demand for a reasons.
  20. I'm in Barnsley too but tend to head out to Park Lodge just off the M62, jct 34, if i want to visit a large clay ground. Might be a bit closer for you. Otherwise there is a shoot just of jct 3 of the M18 (don't have the name but a quick google search should bring it up). Or, as I tend to do, there is a small straw bale type shoot on Sunday mornings out in South Emsall. Can't be 15 mins drive from town centre. (http://www.claypigeonshooters.co.uk/) If you want any info just drop me a PM P.s. - sorry for the slight hijac but not sure if this info might be of use to you too...
  21. If be up for it and donate what ever I can too

    Hamilton

Am I right in thinking that Mercedes are stopping their supply of engines to McLaren after next year too? Sure I read that last year so wonder if that, a strong engine at McLaren, had any influence on Lewis' decision to leave? But deffo agree with al4x; nothing more cheers my race day up then Alonso crashing out. Well, perhaps Schumacher as well lol
