Hi I've been looking for something a bit different from the norm and fancy a Bulova Accutron. Has anyone on here got one /had one, if so let's hear your thoughts? For those not in the know it was one of the 1st electronic watches and used a tuning fork in the mechanism Thanks Tom

Sorry these are now soldThanks Tom

It seems some of the plastic casing from the cartridges had got stuck in the ejector impulse port so must have been something which had developed. Apparently mine is not the only one they have had back for this.

I have an 828U. I use for clays and really like it. Unfortunately it had to go back to GMK due to the bottom ejector ejecting when the cartridge hat not been shot. It was due to a bit of plastic off the cases blocking the ejector impulse system. I do hope this isn't going to be a design flaw.

Think it would probably hold water without any waterproofing, it's not like it's going to suffer from damp

Ryobi One+ 18 volt Drill/Driver and impact driver complete with charger and 2 batteries. The batteries still take a good charge but are tired hence me buying a new set up. Collection from Newcastle upon Tyne or will post at your expense. See attached photos £35.00

Had a great day there today, anyone else shot it this weekend and how did you do? Cheers Tom

Has it got a little drain hole at the back which may be blocked with crud, these lead to a little tray on top of the compressor motor which is warm and allows the water to evaporate. If it's blocke the water pools in the bottom of the fridge. Use a pipe cleaner or something similar to poke in it

Ensure you put the drivers seat as low as possible and the backrest as far back as you can :-))

I have a pair of CENs and also a pair of MSA sordins. They work equally as well as each other, if you don't mind wearing the over ear type then save yourself a few quid. I prefer the CENs for comfort Thanks Tom

Should be ale to get away with turning off mains stop cock and draining the header tank by running the hot and cold taps till nothing comes out any more Cheers Tom

Thanks for all the replies and advise. I'll leave the trend expensive sharpener and get a honing guide and stone and start practising my sharpening. Thanks Tom

Hi as a competent DIYer I occasionally have the need to hang doors etc. Are those Trend chisel sharpeners any good or overrated? What do you consider the easiest way to get a good sharp edge Thanks Tom
