I lent me freelander to my mate to go pigeon shooting and he lost the keys. Took us 6 hours to find:( I know have a chip glued to the transponder and got some extra keys cut. Karpman

Hi guys. Need to free up some cash, I have for sale a Nikon ra 111 scope with stay on cover and velbon tripod in very nice condition for sale. It has 30x eyepiece which is one of the best all round sizes to go for. The scope has 65mm objective lens and included in the sale is a Velbon tripod which is tatty but functional Also have a pair of opticron countryman binoculars. The original ones with case, these are about 5 years old and very good glass not the the new breed of cheaper ones. Bins cost me £300 quid and scope a little more with the eyepiece and pod. Looking for about 350 for the lot can split and post at cost would prefer pick up so you know what your getting. Pics at request Karpman

Heard nothing but good things generally about Daystates customer service, there's always one who didn't get on too well but by en large very good. Rare in this day and age I seem to be finding out. There does appear to be a fair few customers who do require there customer service department mind lol. Karpman

Yeah greedy unreasonable landlords do the same for me. Like I say the two places I have rented it was agreed that the house was fit to return. Yet they kept me waiting for the whole 30 days as stipulated in the contract. There was no reason to make me wait other than they could. Karpman

Surely he has to register a claim against you to get your money otherwise it's returned no later than 30 days of the tenancy ending? It's down to him to prove you wrecked the place as opposed to you proving you left in it good nick? Both times I have ended tenancy's i have had a walk round with the landlords addressing issues before keys are returned. Karpman
