IM sure it was fake because when he shot into the sand bag im sure an explosion of sand came out of the other side and if there was a bullet in the gun it would not have penertrated all that sand. because my dad has a home made range and the backstop is a sand bunker which has had all sorts of calibre bullets shot into it as his mates use it as well and non go more than 4 inches into it as all can be dug back out.

i just use 12 shell canada deeks but only about twive a year

i dont shoot geese on the foreshore but sometimes flight or decoy canada geese. for this i use my 12 bore with tungsten matrix no.2 shot 36grm loads

i have found my 'Le Chameau leather lined wellies are a good all rounder, very good and warm even on the coldest of days also they are not sweaty to wear on really hot days

i agree there are still broods of duck around on the canal near me and last year was the same me and my dad found a brood of pheasant chicks a couple of days old right at the end of september.

bait up close to any tractors that are out in the fields so you can sit and wait in these as you will be high up. or try calling them in on the lamp or in the morning or evening with that many foxes about there should be some competion to get to the squeak. i always try to go for a head shot with my .22 as when i have shot them in the heart area they always seem to run about 10yrds or so and if there near a thick hedge that can equal a lost fox.

lurcherboy have you tried AA decoying they sell theres at £60 which is of very good quality but a little bit heavy about 4kg. i dont have a phone number but they are at most game fairs

all the shoots round here are fibres only and me and alot of friends swear by Gamebore Blue Diamond or White Gold as the best. Blue Diamond 28gm fibre 7's cost about £25 a box white gold same cost about £27 i have broke clays out to 55yrds regulary with these carts.
