OMG. Some of the knives on this page are to die for. I can feel the need for something special starting to justify itself. I dont want to but maybe I cant help myself.

I am off to Africa in May and was going to take my own auto and my local gun shop offered to loan me a case for the trip foc. Might be worth an ask if they know you? Whilst I could take it there can be issues (apparently) when transiting through Johannesburg so I have opted to rent.

Well done you. In my experience earn his trust and then look for introductions to other farms along the same lines. Ie i notice on so and so there are a lot of... do you know that farmer etc. I have about 5 farms that have come from introductions.

Too true. My wife who pays more tax in a year than some will pay in a life time does not get a vote . She is a Slovak national and only gets to vote in the locals.

HOW ? Do you get the magpies. I cant even get near the window. I thought of trying to decoy them to a rabbit but dog eat the only magpie decoy I had. Its also a long wait for something that might not come. I have a small pack of them that hand around here and try as i might I cant get them.

Nice to see about. Unfortunately not common here as most have been shot More than can be said for the magpies and rooks that come when I am not looking.

Ooops sorry I dont use anything other than paper and throw it away after.

I have an a300 semi. I only clean it every 500 or so (once a fortnight)I use sas spray so no oil required it keeps the **** at bay. Its synthetic so don't bother with the stock except under the tap. Once a year the trigger mech out to remove dirt but thats about it minimal effort.

Here (Avon and Somerset) they are signing off for the max calibre. Its all rubbish as they look at the farm building and then the land around they have no idea of the limits of the farm. Often the farmer is renting land permanently, is this included. When new land is bought they have no idea. Its a complete nonsense.

Its a police discretionary form I fill in with details of the new land I want to be cleared. I can ring in with the details but the form is handy to keep a record of what has been signed off.

I thought the pension cap is £40k a year? There are tax breaks for the less well off too with the personal allowances. Its all a matter of scale.
