The solution is quite simple really. All those who express support for the travellers should have to sign up to having as many traveller families as they can accomodate living with them after the eviction.

And, since the Jews seem to support them so strongly, the remainder could be deported to, sorry, given sanctuary, in Israel.

In this way, everybody is kept happy.

It's the bailiffs who hold the warrant and will execute it. The police are only there to support the bailiffs should it go all Pete Tong.

There'll be very few traveller men on site and the main trouble will come from their 'supporters'. However, the police seem to have done a pretty good job of keeping most of them at bay at for the time being.

I'd expect the odd scuffle and the traveller women shouting there gobs off about their 'rights' but I doubt there'll be much resistance. It'll all be over within a few hours, when everyone can go home for tea and medals. Job done.

Don't hold your breathe, it won't happen. There'll be a stand off during which time the Dids will try and get as many TV hours as possible and the media will be only to glad to wheel out endless footage from inside the camp and milk every last drop of news out of it. There'll be interviewing their chuffing lurchers by wednesday and jack **** will have happened.

ile put money on the fact that paddy dockerty is right on the film lol

It is a separate bailiff company - Constant & Co who are doing the evicting. They specialize in traveller evictions.

This Police compound is massive with a small village worth of marquees - I guess as a temporary Police station. I am sure they wouldnt have done all that if it wasnt going to kick off.

ack ack you are so right listening to news now and nothing been done yet

What a complete farce it all is, they have managed to win an injunction until Friday pending further hearings, the whole situation is a mockery and people should be ashamed of themselves that they are letting travellers get away with whatever they want where law abiding people would have been trampled on ages ago. Sickening.

and the funniest bit not is no doubt legal aid is funding all the appeals so ultimately the tax payer gets raped twice. Once to try and get them out and again to stop it.

Matt you need a webcam set up to show activity people would pay good money to watch the ****** taking a bit of a pasting

The judge who granted the injunction said 'I do not see that any serious injustice will be caused if the actual implementation of any measures will not take place before the end of this week'

What about the injustice to the taxpayer who is having to foot the bill to have balliffs and police standing by until the end of the week?
