coyotemaster
And I thought things were restrictive here in the states at least in Illinois, but we don't have a limit on the amount of brass or shells we can posess. I reload (.220 Swift,223Rem,.308) and can usually attain all the components desired. Out of curiosity what do you shoot with a .243 with the 58 Vmax? coyotemaster
Fox, its a cracking round in my 10 twist Tikka stainless Varmit I would imagine it would dispatch them rather promptly!! I know it will make a big hole in a coyote at extended range, they usually don't even twitch much with a solid hit.

kent
Its hard to get more than 500 to buy 600 keep in lancs, For target shooting i had over 1000 on the 308 though. Just got turned down for any more than 600 on the Hornet. To be fair its hard to get through 600 .243" very quick and if you do start to i should order a new barrel as soon as the first is fitted
njc110381
I've got buy 400 hold 500 on most of my bigger centrefires. Edit... Kent - have you tried asking them if they would give you a seperate, higher hold limit on expanding missiles? They will quite often accept that you want to hold say 1000 bullets if you promise to only load a couple of hundred at any one time. I only started asking the gunshop owners to put them on after my FLO queried the "lack of use" on the .243 even though he was happy enough when i explained i was home loading. Forgot to post, .22rf = 500/600 .17hmr = 500/600 .22-250 = 200/300 .243 = 200/300 Edited August 4, 2011 by hambone

Hopefully you dont need them in a hurry. yes, i explained in letter that i wasn't about to load 500 in batches but wanted to buy 1000 heads at one go. Expanding heads usually get recorded onto the back of your fac, or atleast in my area they do although I have heard of shops that don't bother. Nearly forgot I also have buy 200 hold 300 for my 243. Beardo
It's weird Luckyshot - but he doesn't have to buy 400 (he can buy less), weird none-the-less.
