Shooting Lady
Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum so just saying hello. I'm fairly new to shooting and have recently got my first gun, a 20 bore over/under. I've shot mainly clays and had a couple of pheasant days from beating last season. Kes
Hi Kes, I use Eley VIP'S for pheasants in 28g 6's. Vip's are also my favourite - 32 grams in 12g o/u. Rather too expensive for clays though, unless you are rich as well as gorgeous - just dont tell me ! Where do you beat /shoot ? Its a shame ladies dont usually get into rifle shooting - much more techy stuff to bore you with. Ignore the banter and enjoy your stay !!! You're right, expensive but I need all the help I can get to hit them! My partner has been shooting for along time and I beat at his shoot, it's only a local one, not commercial. Nice and friendly and I get a bit of shooting too.
