kdubya
another day on the drillings ( beans) got to the farm at about 9.45 am field to be shot was blue albeit 50% of the birds were ferrals set up with a large L shape pattern made up of sillys and shells, birds came in straight away, hawkeye (mike) turned up a little later and set up at the other end of the field and we were joined later by mag357 (john) who shot with mike, birds came in steady all day, as I only had 175 carts with me (used the lot and begged another 50 off john) I concentrated on woodies prefaring to leave the ferrals which were coming in by the dozen I ended up with well over the ton plus 5 crows I could NOT resist!! mike and john had over the ton as well but they had a fair few ferrals in their tally, all in 197 woodies picked, so with crows and ferrals the total was 240 not bad for a few hours in the sun Edited October 28, 2011 by kdubya

Dorsey
I wonder if I can convince some local farmers to drill some beans instead. I'm sick of just seeing wheat, rape and peas going round in rotation! Looks like a top result tho. Well done.
