markm
Anyone use the tesco mobile network, what is the coverage like? Who's service do they use? Have you got an iPhone off them? They always seem out of stock, even though I have had one reserved for a month.
oscarsdad
I got my 3GS off them on payg a couple of years ago, still use the phone but now on giffgaff which is much better value. Coverage is the same as both tesco and giffgaff are on O2 Anthony
berties
unless you are getting a brilliant deal, which are dead hard to find as a the new ness of the phone, why don't you get a iPhone direct from apple and then get a deal on a rolling contract,a lot of people are doing this but you get to choose the network that suits your coverage best

englishman-in-wales
I've been on Tesco for a couple of years now dude and find them fantastic, i live in South Wales and travel around the 'valleys' a fair bit where the signal is usually rubbish, but Tesco seems to always have a signal, i'm not sure what network they use, but i broke my phone and put my sim into the wifes phone which is on orange and it worked...i cant comment on the Iphone, i've just got a cheap one, because they dont tend to last me long...i've just managed to convert my brother and he is very impressed, top up a tenner and get 30 quid credit...i'm sure others will say they are rubbish!!...but i think they are top notch.. Vinny v
Tesco are terrible. Go with giff gaff and if you need a sim card with £5 extra credit pm me your address. Giffgaff use the o2 network so the phone needs to be either on o2 network or unlocked. V
Vinny v
£10 per month will give you 250 minutes any network, unlimited text messages, unlimited Internet, free giffgaff to giffgaff everything including video calls etc or you can use the £10 as sheer credit which will last for upto 3 months and still includes free giffgaff to giffgaff everything. Take a look at their website for prices etc.

Frenchieboy
I'm with Tesco Mobile and have been for quite a few years. I have never had any problems with getting a signal. I am on a PAYG tarrif and usually pay £10 per month which gets me £30 of credit each time I top up which isn't bad. I would not see any reason to change!
