Underdog
Been watching over a few deer on my patch the last few years and then suddenly the landowner gets in touch to tell me of a dead buck he has found Such a waste. If I had seen this deer wearing a plastic electric fencing wig I would of shot him and saved the meat. Sad. Underdog.

hendersons
I've seen a lot of dead deer but seeing one like this I still find upsetting. I had to put one out of its misery that was caught in a fence last year and shooting it at close range a terrible thing to have to do
Mrs Sweepy
It's so sad, I can across one last year when out beating with the dogs beautiful creature with a full set. Looks like it had been hit by something as he was laying in the undergrowth by a busy main road. When I looked closer you could see he had bitten right though his Tongue The poor thing When I've been beating I have often had then run pass me.So close that you could touch them bit scary when your in the thicket and all you can see is something rather large moving rather fast towards you :o xxxxSuzy

al4x
its not the barbed wire at fault in this case its whoever left the string about, we found a fallow buck a couple of years back with most of a reel of bailer twine tangled up that got it tangled in a bush for god knows how long. Obviously the farmer had a problem when baling and dumped the string leading to the problem.
