wildfowler.250
What's the best scary film then? Looking for something intense like Texas chainsaw. Is the exorsist any good? ATB
wildfowler.250
The most disturbing film i have ever seen was One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, not scary, but disturbing! Is that not a film about racism? Or mentally ill people? Remember some of my friends having to study the book on school

sako751sg
Not really scary but the Paranormal Activities are pretty good when they get going.Insidious is another nay too bad.
Marc Z
love all scary films. Would have to say that most of the 'classics' are actually pretty lame by todays standards in terms of scariness. The paranormal activity films are genuinely scary though, but sacrifice being an actual good film.

kyska
Rather than watch a film, read the Exocist...a truely scary book. Its stayed with me, the film, although good, isn't a patch on the book. Cheers boromir, got a few to look at now :yp: Out of interest, anyone seen a film called se7en? Not scary though, read the exorcist.
