four-wheel-drive
Bins left out on the pavement are a god-send to us dog walkers. Somewhere to put the full poo bags! (see the other thread) Ah but if you do that some people get quite funny about other people putting stuff in there bins obviously if someone was to put a big bag of rubish in your bin that would not be on but a little bag of dog poo why would you complaine about that but some people do probably cat people who let there cats do it in your garden

kev56
Must be missing something here, we keep our bins off the street but they have to be on the pavement on collection day or they don't get emptied.
Chris Bb
Why do you throw them in the trees/bushes if there are no bins left out? and cant be arrised taking them home? ha ha ha ha, your post makes you sound as lazy as the bledders who cant be arrised putting there bins away ha ha ha ha ha ATB fLYNNY Ah but if you do that some people get quite funny about other people putting stuff in there bins obviously if someone was to put a big bag of rubish in your bin that would not be on but a little bag of dog poo why would you complaine about that but some people do probably cat people who let there cats do it in your garden I'm sorry. Good grief. when I go out walking my dog and I walk by many peoples bins out waiting for the bin men to come and I have a fresh bag of poo in my hand I am tempted to pop it in one of the bins it would not bother me at all if somene put it in my bin but people can be so strange about things like that so I have to carry the stuff for another mile or so before there is a proper bin for it and I am not jokeing why do people have to be like that. I suppose you have no problem putting the poo in bins that have just been emptied by the bin men so that the poo festers for another two weeks until the next collection. kdubya
Ey up PW people, What do you guys think about people leaving there wheelie bins in front of there house? If you cant get them round the back fair enough, but if you do have access round the back and leave them on the front GGRRRRRRR, I personally think it makes your street look a mess especially now that the councils have given us 3 of the bleddy things. I aint gonna lose any sleep over it but they seem to be a blight on our neighbourhoods all over the country, Over to the masses, ATB Flynny I agree they make areas look messy, those that cant or more to the point wont take them in and allow the area to look unkempt simply show a reflection of how they live IE scruffy, tardiness and filth are sadly common place these days, it also shows a clear lack of formality and adherence to rules, but then that is rife through society today. Sauer020
The next thing you will be digging holes in the front garden and having little electric lifts so that you just press a button and the slabs move aside and the bin suddenly appears from under the front garden. http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/good.gif Can we have the thunderbirds theme tune as it does this? Mungler
Nobody in our road leaves their bins out. Why? Blimey, well if you don't know why then I'm wasting my time even attempting to explain. I've found this thread a real eye opener.
Kes
The question is Mungler, were you taking yours out/bringing it back in, or walking the neighbourhood on formal bin patrol this morning ? Or maybe are you just an early riser !!

StuC
IIRC correctly bins/bags can only be left on the kerb on 'bin day'. Any other day and you can receive a fine from the council.
