pin
What brand/load? Roughly I pay about £53/500 for Rio SuperTrap 50 or Target Load 7 1/2 fibres Pigeon shells (not needed to buy many recently ) again I have to shoot fibre so a bit more, but I paid £64/500 Eley HB pigeon 32g 6's (or are they 6 1/2, been a while) Seems pricey fella

I pay £24-25 for 250 so £45 is bloody expensive, I'd shop around if I were you or look on www.justcartridges.co.uk. Should work out cheaper even with postage. Highlander
Ha you guys should try wildfowling loads...£35 for 25 shells just as well we don't get too many chances!!! The prices have been going up for some time but hey (shotgun) cartridges are still about the cheapest shooting component. The prices haven't changed that much since Pavman was a boy and boy that is a long time ago

Graham M
My local gunshop wants £43 for 250 Eley Impax. I know that the price of shells has gone up, but not by 50% G.M.
welshruger
The price of any ammo varies throughout the country, I paid £10.50 per 50 for CCI .17 hmr, where others paid £7.50 for Hornady. If thats what you got to pay for local armo thats it, I'd love to pay £7.50 per 50 and cheap cartridges listed here, BUT you cannot purchase by post and to travel adds to the cost. The way I look at this is good luck to those who can get this cheap armo, if I'm passing our way I'll buy some.
