subsonicnat
I have been called paranoid by my wife, Just because the other night I was timing the adverts between a film we were watching: Do you know it was 6minutes 15 seconds on every advert !!!, That equates to 26 minutes on the hour of adverts.. What the hell are we paying for, its way to much,, turned it off and went to bed. grrrrrrrr.

welsh1
The joy of sky+,just start watching and fast forward through the adverts
JAT
I cannot stand adverts. 40mins of programme, 20mins of adverts for every hour. So if I like a TV series I buy it on DVD or watch Lovefilm or even the BBC.
walshie
Adverts drive me nuts. I haven't got sky+ but I do have a HDD recorder so if it's something I want to watch I record it and watch it later. The record has to be on True Tv late one night, whatever program it was had normal adverts, but at the end, right before the crucial bit it had a 21 minute ad break. AlistairB
And why are they all on at the same time? If i had a TV channel i'd make sure my adverts didnt coincide with all the other ones!
Frenchieboy
Leave it out guys. Half the time the adverts are much more interesting than the programs! Great entertainment, let's have more.
yates
Scrap the Sky/TV licence. Netflix is your friend. Spot on. We ditched sky recently and bought a smart DVD blueray player that came with one months free 'lovefilm' and 'netflix'. The love film was naff but we,re very impressed with netflix. Saved a fortune plus no adverts goona subscribe when the three month free trial is completed

Paddy Galore!
it wouldn't be so bad if the ads were funny, but all we get is booze, gambling, and payday loans
kiffy
i rarely watch any live tv as adverts bug me (unless theres a meercat in them) but i know from having tv series on dvd that nost hour long programs are about 42 to 44 minutes so a quarter or more is adverts
GOLDCREST
I was watching a documentary the other night..It'd been on just over three minutes when five minutes of adverts cut in..fortunately we have sky and fast forward through the ads...They are getting damned annoying though, there'll soon be more adverts than programme. bruno22rf
Just ignore the Ads-they are a waste of time and achieve nothing. I don't bother watching them anymore and besides I don't have the time what with checking that I don't suffer from uneven skin tones or flyaway hair whilst sorting out my PPI claim and deciding how much Wonga to spend on my new Energy saving double glazing. ack-ack
I hate adverts especially ones with kids sitting on the chuffing crapper. No need.
