I quit smoking 8 years ago and put on 3 stone in 3 months, for the last 8 years I have been determined to lose those 3 stone, perhaps I really should try now! Mrs Sweepy Posted January 1, 2014 Report Share Posted January 1, 2014 Put a photo of a slim you and a heavy you on the fridge freeze chunks of choc in freezer then when you get a really bad choccy rush, suck on a frozen one It's a lot better then eating an whole bar Exercise, it will come off alot faster and makes you feel good to always have healthly options ready made up in fridge and buy some jeans a size smaller, make it your goal to fit in them believe me these do work, and I know this because am a woman and what are women good at, trying to lose weight ;0) xxxSuzy I also want to lose a bit x ok maybe half a stone ! I have the hairy bikers diet book and wNt to lose 3 stone in 3 months like they managed and then on to about 12.5st. How about a monthly weigh in thread.
