bang bang birdy
Hi all I want to get some electronic ear defender, currently i am using some peltor optima 3 passive ear defenders, they are good but I find them a bit chunky, also difficult to hear when not firing. Which ones do you use or recommend??? Thanks in advance BBB
steve_b_wales
Take a look at the ones by Howard Leight. They are excellent, light in weight, and the built in amplifier is brilliant. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Impact-Sport-Electronic-Earmuff-Folding/dp/B001T7QJ9O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1389668400&sr=8-1&keywords=howard+leight+impact+sport

Guest stevo
Peltor tactical sport for me . Love them . Keep them on all day . To be fair I have found that once you get over a certain price most tend to work about the same. Its just a case of what feels right and comfortable enough to keep on . theshootist
I use the MSA Sordin. I use them for all sorts of shooting and they are great. If you have a problem they can be sent back to MSA for servicing. They are soundly beaten by those Howard Leight in terms of outright value for money though. Good shot?
Take a look at the ones by Howard Leight. timb
Another vote for Howard Leight - got some a few months back after they were reccomended by some other shooters here, and they are great. Comfortable and unobtrusive, and can hear normal noise perfectly atthe same time. Money well spent.
