Fisherman Mike
me to apparently fisherman mikes the man to ask about a flutter I've actually had £250 at 13/8 a couple of weeks ago that UKIP will pick up the majority in the Euro votes...I suppose that makes me a PIMP. I voted early today and there were already considerable numbers of UKIP voters assembled outside the polling station bleating to get in.. Gimlet
I wonder if people in Scotland have cottoned on to the possibilities here? Scots, for some unfathomable reason given the historical evidence, have a reputation for financial prudence. If the SNP remain marginally behind in the opinion polls on independence then come polling day the obvious thing to do is place a bet on the SNP at favourable odds and hedge that bet with a bit of tactical voting in the polling booth. There's got to be more money in that than trying to colonise Panama, especially if they place the bet at an English bookies....

Sell out the future for a quick score at the bookies I have heard of casino banking, but never casino nationalism.

Gordon R
As one of the papers pointed out to - David Cameron, Ed Milliband and some of the media, just don't get it. When they trash UKIP and brand them racists, they are tarring the voters, who vote for them, with the same brush.
yates
Apologies to Fisherman Mike but i've cast my vote for UKIP. Quite so... all the UKIP voters are doing is making a conservative voter rich.... Thanks for your benevolence guys in supporting capitalism at its best... Interestingly there is much confusion in the ballot papers with some independence party appearing at the top and United Kingdom independence party at the bottom...some Election polling expert on the radio earlier reckoned this could cost the UKIP party 2 or 3% of the votes.! I wouldn't be happy if that was the case no matter what party allegiance I had.
