Cranfield
I have been looking for a dog ramp on eBay and found exactly the type I want. Over the weekend I was bidding against a chap and he sniped me, right at the last minute. Yesterday there was another identical ramp posted (same company) and I got it for £21, which was £15 less than chummie paid for the one we were fighting over on Sunday. Its quite pathetic how much satisfaction that has given me.

BTW yours was the cheapest sold in the last 2 weeks. Well done.

Lucky
Thing Ifind with e-bay is people seem to get carried away with bidding thinking they are getting a bargain and often they pay over the top for an item which they buy cheaper on the net, also people seem to charge over the top postage rates to cover their selling fees. njc110381
I love sniping on ebay, I got a pole chainsaw really cheap a few weeks ago through doing someone over in the last 2 minutes

Colin There is a simple answer to that "set your limit including postage and do not go over it." Item is worth £10 to you if the postage is £5 then bid your max of £5 at the last second. If the postage is £8 then bid £2 at the last second. Same price you will end up paying.
