Walker570 Posted July 6, 2016 Report Share Posted July 6, 2016 (edited) Fortunately do not see many on my place but went down to sit in the cabin for a chance at a magpie or squirrel on the bird feeders and wondered what the hell it was stocking up on the mixed corn that I had hand fed the ride with. 10 power scope revealed a seriously big fat rat !! It is amazing what an 18grainer out of my 17 Rem will do to a rat. Neatly opened up for Mr Buzzard to chomp on. Whilst he's eating that he ain't eating the pheasants :-) The first rat I have seen for three years on my ground.
