Got myself one of the above for shooting because I do a lot of it.

It is better off road than my Jinny and disco imo.

It's leaks in water

The dog hates it

It bumpy

The doors don't close properly

The heater cools down on idle

There no room in the front

If you go past a bush with the window open it whips you across the face😂

Alls I can tell you and I don't know why it's the best car I have ever had its brill.

It just feels good off road.

What's your thoughts..??

It's leaks in water Self cleaning model, very hygenic

The dog hates it Tough, it can walk instead then.

It bumpy No, it gives you a good feel of the terrain you're crossing, very important safety feature

The doors don't close properly If you haven't fell out they work

The heater cools down on idle Ohh, TD5, possible head problem or waterpump ?

There no room in the front You're too fat then, lose weight, important health and safety feature

If you go past a bush with the window open it whips you across the face Close the bl**dy window then you idle ***

I agree, mine was the best toy I ever owned :good:

I was gutted when I sold it :cry1;

Still, it always cost the best part of a grand every time it went for MOT.

Why did I sell it :/

:) :)

I have a tin with defender funds in it........ha ha

I know exactly how you feel OP.

Mine was built in 1974 ( or somewhere around there ); it is draughty ( but with a good heater ) it is noisy ( no insulation ) but you can hear the radio if you knock it out of peg going down hill; it rains in ( but not in the cab and not much ) it is smelly ( according to OH ) it will do 0-60,,,,eventually; it clunks if I change down into 2nd when moving ( so I don't ) dog has to be lifted into it; daughter is embarrassed to be seen in it ( unless the only alternative is to walk ) but it turns heads and every time I walk past it I think 'that's smart'. I love it.

My 1986 90 is my baby, I will never sell her. I'm forever fixing something on it but I don't mind, it's all part of the fun. Like you say there bumpy on the road and never quite big enough, it has silly mud tyres on it and is stupidly loud on the road. They turn heads and being fairly young the older boys always give you the nod and a smile when they see you drive past. They just have that "thing" about them.

When I do some mods on it this spring I think it needs a disco gear box because you can nearly start off in 5 gear :)
