Penelope
Not me, it's the GF's dog, she is going to train her. She has got her Joe Irving book and a set of cocker training dvd's. Your going to have your hands full now , I would like another cocker but I think even broaching the subject may lead to divorce

Geo
Our terrier was named Superdog by the kids because he looks like the cartoon .. and it stuck.. Soop for short in public to avoid being carted away by the men in white coats .
crowdie2013
If your going to work it I would keep it short and uncomplicated would agree with that- I let the kids name mine and regretted ever since!
Fieldrangerdogs
Ours always seem to end up with traits to match their names. My dog is Splash and she used to get in the garden pond as a pup and will jump into water at any given opportunity. We had a boy and called him Sonic and when he grew up he had a ear splitting "Toller scream". Our 2 year old is called Bandit and she pinches everyone else's toys and chews. I'd call it something like "Lotto" although our latest addition is called Scout.
UKPoacher
I always kept my dog's names short; Jet & Jaf the working GSD's, Gem, Tess & Kyle my working flush & retrieving sheepdogs, then when I inherited a ESS that I'd only taken home to re-home and subsequently found that she had adopted us, I had a Ruby. that was soon shortened on the beating line to Roob. To be honest you can call the dog anything you want as log as it responds to a whistle

rabbit_stu
We're just about to hatch our first clutch of chicken eggs. I asked my son if he would be naming the chickens to which he replied 'yes, they're all going to be called Geoff'
