viking
well as some of you may remember my German shepherd dag (Dan) died just after xmas as iv been looking for another, and wanting to do as last time get a rescue dog, so been looking at GSDR rescue center but none suitable about really, then my mate mentioned he knew a women 3 mile away was wanting rid of hers for some reason, turns out her daughter had just had a baby and didnt want the dog any more, she is a 6 year old called bella, id been to see it a few times and taken it for a walk or 2, it was a bit wild and its never been socialised humans or other dogs, never been walked off the lead, and never really been fussed over, i then heard she had booked it in at the vets to have her put down tuesday just gone so monday i went round and told her id have it, very very giddy dog, always jumping up, pulls like hell on the lead, barks at everything and anything, but such a lovely dog and in the 6 days iv had her she has calmed down loads, doesnt pull that much on the lead anymore and staops barking after she has been told to, maybe after the 3rd time, a bit of work a head but it will be worth it in the end say hello to Bella. . . . Konnie
Good of you hope all goes well, should not be allowed to destroy a healthy dog just cos it does not fit in with your life any longer.
