rjimmer
Is the avon so soft good on wrinkles? You need Anusol Hemorrhoid cream for that.
oowee
If its in the tropics then DEET. In uk a slice of garlic in your sock absorbed through the skin into blood stream will deter them.

Les*1066
Citronella oil will keep 'em away. It'll probably keep everything else away, too.
ben0850
Used to use skin so soft climbing in Glencoe and Lochaber but it's nowhere near as good as it used to be. Now swear by Smidge, works really well for both midges and clegs.

Livefast123
Parents always used to feed us Brewers Yeast tablets on our caravan vacations to repel the mossies. Seemed to work.....
Fisheruk
I've just come back from the States and if you are sitting out, spray the surrounding area with neat Listerine! Everyone seems to be using it. Shelves are stacked high in Walmart! Works for several weeks on decks and patios.
