Sheet material for a garden building

Some years ago I built a man-cave from scratch, using 19mm shiplap on a sturdy frame, plasterboard inside and insulation between.

Now I want to do something for my wife to use, and was thinking of using some sheet material as opposed to shiplap. Partly for a different look, and partly as I would hope it would go up faster and be less of a chore to maintain.

Likely overall size would be 8'x10 (2.4 mx3.0m) or maybe slightly larger, and certainly no taller than 8' at the highest point.

Any likely contenders, without having to blow a fortune on it?

Thanks so far.

was hoping to find materials already finished as opposed to requiring paint etc.

Marley Eternit do a 8ish x 4ish board. It is a composite type board, (same material as weatherboard). Comes in lots (about 5 diff greys alone!!) of colours! Colour/paint coating is guaranteed for 25yrs. They also do all the colour matched trim. (corners/edging etc)

this type of thing, but they also do other types

That stockboard is not cheap.

Another option might be some composite shower/splash boarding, again pretty expensive. U can get slightly cheaper marine ply stuff too but would have to weather proof any cut ends

How long do u want the building to last, simple exterior or marine ply can last a while if u keep water out of ends, or some pvc type cladding on top of a ply base.
