Terry2016
Hi Dipper I have been informed that they do not make steel for 28 bore, i think the only way would be reloads or non toxic bismuth etc. Also I do not believe any 28 bores are steel proofed ? I would be interested to find out otherwise if anyone can, as this i was recently informed via a local gun shop .. ATB Terry
The Burpster
I only have a couple of boxes of Eley Bismuth for mine but pretty sure the Beretta barrels are steel proofed. If you wish I can get them out and see what it says?

motty
You do not need steel proofed barrels to use steel shot.

Guest cookoff013
Dipper, It would be cheaper to buy a £50 baikal, and buy 100 shells, than to start making 28gauge steel shells
