Dave at kelton
Common problem with all public authorities but also now necessary for clubs as well. If the examples are not what you need let me know, I may have one from the old shoot.
oowee
Most clubs go through the same risk assessment process and BASC helped us with ours.
Walker570
Sign of the times I am afraid. BASC should have what you need.
Newbie to this
The top two are from BASC, but looking at them all, the bottom one looks more straight forward.

Perazzishot
Question being if you cannot assess and put in place a risk assessment for you using a shotgun or rifle should you be shooting? An SGC or FAC shows no capability of common sense or quarry identification let alone you know the capabilities of the weapon in your hand! I still hear daily a shotgun is only dangerous to 40 yards! And shooting birds out of trees with a .22rf is acceptable!
