Lockdown boredom spawns YouTube Channel

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

It’s amazing how a change of circumstance can take you into a completely different direction, one you’d never thought you’d enjoy and get satisfaction from. Just watching the lockdown hunting In gardens on various forums got me going and I’ve now got a YouTube channel with a modest amount of videos. Something I never thought I’d do.

I’m hoping to add to the channel and I’m brimming with ideas which I’m excited about.

if anyone want to take a peek, pass comment or completely rubbish what I’ve done the link to the channel is below 👍

IMHO  I think that your mounts are a touch too high - your head position could be lower and you would suffer less variation of POI/range.

Yeah the mounts were bought for my 50mm scope which was originally on the shrouded R10. I haven’t replaced them because the local gun shop is closed.

Will get sorted when the shop opens again.

Thanks for watching. The HW100 at that range is consistently deadly, love that gun.

Plenty on the bay of plenty - most likely cheaper than your local - £5 ish will get you sorted unless you have been brainwashed by those paid to extol the virtues of Sportsmatch .

Probably, but the local shop allows me to try them out at no extra cost. Not sure the bay of plenty allows me this luxury.

Good video. Obviously concern over the shooting towards boundary on an upwards trajectory, as said previously aI would have at least a big sheet of ply or a paving flag behind the feeder, with the feeder sat on ground 👍

Good videos mate. I enjoyed watching you drop the squirrels.

Thanks for watching. There’s a load more squirrels in the garden again. Got a couple of days off at the end of the week so will have a go at them.
