Hello, how do you mean dirty ? Did it came in sacks with grass etc like off a clay shoot, as some catch falling shot on large tarpaulins

Guy just says bit dirty. I will ask. Is there different cleaning for each type of dirt?

Hello, I would put shot in cold water and the rubbish should float on top, then warm water a washing liquid and roll around then take out and dry off, if it's different sizes you could make a sieve like thingy but I think can buy ready made

I bought some reclaimed shot once. It was very dusty with oxide so I ended up melting it down to redrip. It made the worst shot I gave ever turned out. Heaven knows what was really in it.

Possibly a mix of everything shotgun pellets are made of.
