Meatloaf died from Covid

Undoubtedly. Even though he was seventy-four, morbidly obese, likely had heart disease of one sort or other and had performed four plus decades in concert venues in the days when smoking was allowed - so like the late Roy Castle was no doubt suffering the effects of a large dose of passive tobacco smoke inhalation - so we can be unequivocally 100% sure that none of these singly or combined was in any way any  factor in contributing to his death. Because it was only covid alone that killed him.

Would he still be alive if he had been vaccinated though? That's the real point

He allegedly said he wouldn't have the vaccine because he "wouldn't be controlled"

Undoubtedly, especially as he more than likely died from the omicron variant. very sad news indeed. But his choice non the less

Well I had covid in February 2021. It gave me one day of flu like illness and nine days of boredom wondering why if it was so deadly I wasn't yet dead. I then had the Astra-Zenecca vaccine in late March 2021. It gave me three days of night sweats, irregular heart beat and mynGP having an ambulance sent to my workplace as he feared I was having, imminently, a stroke. On a subsequent heart scan it has now been shown that I now have myocarditis which I have been told by my GP is a direct result of the vaccine.

you had COVID if Feb, the vaccine in March? Recommended minimum time for vaccination after COVID is 8 weeks as this can unfortunately lead to myocarditis. You've unfortunately been given bad advice there buddy, they shouldn't of vaccinated you until at least April/May.

With his medical conditions he should have had the vaccine, the booster and anything else on offer in terms of antivirals.

Steve Jobs was another - all that money and all that intelligence and he wanted to fight his cancer with yoga, crystals and soy milk. By the time he worked out he needed chemotherapy it was all too late.

i agree with that, bad advise from the fringe media gang.

Regarding Steve Jobs, he had a form of Pancreatic cancer, i know from personal experience its pretty much unsurvivable, his choice i would imaging came from limited options unfortunately. He did have the whipple procedure though, which isn't a walk in the park. A very hideous illness that one mate 😞

Not me, just quoting what was published? It was actually his wife that said so, guessing she would know, but I can see your angle 🤦🏻‍♂️

Do you have a link, all I can see is TMZ reporting Covid, but it was not confirmed.

US news outlet TMZ is reporting that Meat Loaf died from Covid-19 after falling ill earlier this week, although their claims have not yet been confirmed by his family or representatives.

Took my Dad and my wife's very good friend - went to the latter's wedding and funeral in the same month - heartbreaking 😞

Very sorry to hear that mate. Took the old man just before covid hit. Had 6 months of pure hell, back and too hospitals every day, sometimes spending 18 hours there at a time. You know it’s bad when the consultant ( one of the leading Pancreatic professors in Europe) sits us all down in a room and says “of all the cancers you can get, this is the one you don’t want” . the old man appreciated  his honesty and told him “when the time comes don’t dilly dally as I don’t want to suffer” humbled by his bravery. Miss him every day x

It was nearly 9 years ago now for my old man - he was the reason I bought my Jag as he had one when he met my mother and is one of my first memories (he was my step-dad) - I picked it up on the Monday and he passed on the Wednesday - he didn't get a chance to see it as that week it was my brother who was staying there as we took it in alternate weeks as I worked away.

Beautiful story and memory there. Any pics of the Jag? The old man loved a Jag, his boss had the XJS V12, he even let him use it from time to time, I never forget the day he picked me up from school in the 70’s, the faces on my school mate, it was like a something from outer space back in the day. Funny think is I used to walk to school as it was literally 5 mins away, seconds away in the Jag, he still picked me up though 😂 brilliant memories and the smell of the leather was something else.

@TK421

It is only an XF - you see thousands a day :) - I was torn between the luxury brands (I was doing a lot of mileage and wanted something comfortable and decent) but with my Dad having one - that is what swung it and bought one ex-stock to get it quickly. Even if he had got to see it out of his window but alas it wasn't meant to be 😞

I still have it 9 years later.
