Nitram xx
Are the Kral range any good? I want a pcp but can't spend the earth, thanks
countryman
I brought a Karl NP 02 I think it’s called, it’s been absolutely fine, no leaks as accurate as my expensive other rifles, in fact it puts my daystate to shame really, that rifle has leaked from day one and still has a very small leak after a service. enfieldspares
I think Phil Crampton at Ratworks in Leicestershire sells them? If so I'd have no reservations about them IF YOU LIKE A BULLPUP STYLE as Phil I rate very very highly.

oldypigeonpopper
Hello, what's the difference with the new NP 03 to the older 02 ?? What about a Gamo GX 40 and Hawke scope ? Nitram xx
Well I have the Ultra 177, but the single shot, lovely gun had it from new 2013, just wanting a magazine gun.
jamesleee123
I've got an np02, it's a great little rifle as accurate as I am, massive shot count and cheap as chips. Downsides are not regulated, rubbish magazines, and rubbish case. I've bought a couple of 3d printed mags which are great. For 300 quid you can't go wrong. Cheers

Hello, to be honest unless you want to get an air cylinder you better off with a GX 40 and pump, if you have a cylinder the NP 02 is a good rifle to start with,
Nitram xx
Thanks, I am torn between the Bsa ultra and the kral, I have a cylinder and a ultra but its only one shot and the shot counts low, I am going to sell some springers and go from there, thanks for the advise, M
jamesleee123
The ultra is a great hunting rifle but low shot count if you want to use it at a club or plinking, the np02 is heavier but the large shot count is great for a day at the range. And like I said its 300 quid. Where are you based Nitram, I might be interested in your lightening?

Demonic69
Depending on your budget I'd look at ZBroia Kozak over Kral. They were £480 new (Seems to have gone up a bit!) but can be grabbed cheaper on MeWe etc and are regulated as standard. I compared the Kral Puncher Breaker to the Kozak and the Kozak was a clear winner in terms of build, specs and weight. Just my experience though, as I did still like the Krals
Nitram xx
Thanks all for the input, got myself a BSA ultra to match the other one. Interestingly I had never heard of the Kozak.
jamesleee123
Which ultra did you get, I was at the club last week and a bloke next to me had a clx special edition in black pepper stock and side lever. Beautiful little rifle and the limited edition number was 160. Like I said the np02 is a great budget rifle but not as refined as my r10 or my lads Goldstar, good choice with the bsa.
