Walker570
needed some 2 1/2 inch 410 shells to reload for a friend. Now how do I cut these Fiocchi cases accurately ???? Cut a 2 1/2 inch piece of oak from some scrap from my cuttoing board pile, found a dril just a touch over .410 drilled through, then placed this in the vice and slid the Fiocchi shells in and trimmed the protruding end with the disc cutter. Very accurate, all the same length and very tidy cut edge using one of those thin discs. Works a treat and trimmed 25 in about three minutes. billytheghillie
Nathan, recommend me a good table saw for D.I.Y. use. Was looking at Dewalt? About £400--£500 budget.

To be fair I never use cheap table saws anymore so I really don’t know what to suggest. im impressed with the back up on our Axminster drum sander tho

243deer
I would probably use a chop saw rather than a table saw for easy, quick and safe repeatability
Walker570
We do have a 'wanted' section as well. Cannot for the life of me see what chop saws have to do with shortening cartridge cases.
