Apart from the fact that I have an order placed, I hope all is well here as they're good people. I've had no acknowledgement for my order, their email system is down for maintenance it would seem and no one in sales has answered the phone for two days.

I've never had any issues with them, and I've ordered many items in the past.

Yep, have even had one small item at no cost and delivered by hand by a staff member who I can only assume lives locally to me. This is most unusual. Having said that, the order will probably arrive in a few minutes.

I placed an order with them yesterday morning,called them as soon as their lines opened at 09:30,was asked to call back half an hour later as their website was down due to maintenance,called back,placed the order & soon afterwards received confirmation emails,due to my location i don't expect to receive my goods until Monday at the earliest (?),myself & my brother have never had any problems with them in the past,they're usually very competent & reliable.

Got through by email. They have no record of my order although I used their website ordering system and my shopping trolley has emptied. They are now beavering away on my behalf.

Well well,my parcel landed on my doorstep around 2 hours after posting the above,delighted!

I’ve got to be honest, I’ve had nothing but great service and support from them. 
 

On the rare occasion I have an issue, they have always sorted it swiftly and fairly. 
 

I will often try to use them over others simply for this.

Ordered the Wraith rail mount from them. Matched price I found elsewhere, phoned me when I emailed querying £15 postage, sorted in 10 mins! Great to get good customer service and help these days!!

So did they charge you postage? Was about to spend £1000+ with them and they wanted to charge postage so I went to Blackwood Outdoors. Got the item cheaper with free postage

I'm Northern Ireland and it throws up crazy postage charges regularly. I do accept there is something to pay for etc.. On a £50 item i wouldn't expect it to be free p&p everytime. You would expect £1k+ would be a no brainer though.
