Dont dislike what you have on the plate but, i'd have the bacon & mushrooms in a cob with a runny fried egg in. With the Crumpets a different day 👍 Incidentally we call them Crimplets in our house, its a kind of cross between Pikelets and Crumpets. I think its a regional thing with pikleets and crumpets.
