discobob
1 hour ago, JKD said: No good without pictures !!! π These are just the frame - the bit on the floor is half the roof.Β They are now all clad in OSB 9mm and wrapped in membrane. Just had to put some fillets on places to account for OSB It is simple things. The membrane I wrapped and staples all the edges because I would be moving them by myself and didnβt want to tear it off. So today it has been removing those staples π€¬ as I want the membrane to overlap.Β Another issue was the old shed that went a week ago and now I can access the base where the new one is going.Β The weather isnβt helping much. Rain tomorrow-walls up on Wednesday hopefully.Β Β I was clever and done the roof in two halfβs but then stupidly put OSB 18mm T&G on half of it and now it is too heavy so will have to get some people round to help with that!! oowee
When you said make a shed I did not think you meant 'make a shed' that looks like a proper construction.Β

TIGHTCHOKE
Never seen a shed built upside down before.Β Β I have a shed to repair, emptying it and turning upside down would make the job far longer, but I may have to charge more, so may be worthy of consideration.Β Β Β You should have put the roof up and built the walls downwards from there.Β Β

discobob
Well, I have an Erection!!! And no Viagra in sight!! π The doorway is an optical illusion from the membrane running across it i actually had a hand from my eldest and had them up in next to no time whereas by myself I would have been at it for hours.Β Β regarding size - this is a learning exercise as I want to build a garden room in the other corner as office/studio (only fans π€£) etc.Β I am just trying to coral some friends to help with the heavy part of the roof.Β

discobob
It is why I am building it with a pent roof - so I can get on top to keep them cut back.Β The last shed was there 18 years. I replaced the roof 4 years ago on it as the felt had gone on the ridge and the OSB was soaked but that was from standard rain. The shed was fine and the guy who took it was made up with it Roof is EDPM which is going to wrap all round and a gutter on the rear to go into a water butt
