bruno22rf
Just had a txt message informing me that a parcel delivery was attempted at 4:30 this afternoon - odd as our CCTV clearly shows nobody near our house 1/2 hour either side of that time - some low life scum is telling porkies. The item was posted last Thursday on a 24 hour service and it's still not here!!!Now there's a service you can trust. Have put in a complaint offering CCTV evidence, just waiting now for some half ar**d lame excuse.🤬.

Shambam1962
I had a similar experience with Parcel Force. I ordered a car battery on Thursday morning online, and guaranteed next day delivery. The item was collected at 14:30 the same day. The battery sat in the collection depot for 3 days and was delivered at 5pm last night. I fitted the battery this morning, and all good. I received a questionnaire asking, how did Parcel Force do with the delivery. They must be having a laugh .
Scully
I had a similar experience with DPD, which I think I’ve posted on here before.
Morkin
I’ve had trouble with parcel force, They are a terrible service and it just goes on, I had something should have been delivered in the 48 hrs, so stayed around, did not come so give them the benefit and found out if would be delivered the next day, No they had lost it it, so we went out and when we came home, you’ve got it a letter through the door , we could not leave it , signed for, it came the next day and we didn’t have to sign for it🤬
Mice!
It must be the luck of the draw, I posted a swivel chair the other week, just first class on Friday I think, £8 something and it arrived Saturday morning, I was thinking it'd have been Monday at the earliest. Penelope
All the delivery firms will be at full bore for Black Friday Fortnight, so expect delays.
Nublue 22
That's about right, there a good chance they still have it, parcel 48 averages about six days, but you can't advertise a six day parcel service, post on Fridays it does even start to get counted till Monday, that's what I was told recently. bruno22rf Posted Saturday at 08:28 Author Report Share Posted Saturday at 08:28 Had a response from PF, basically they have said that they will have the depot manager remind the driver that falsifying documents is not going to get them a glittery Christmas card and that, should this situation occur again, I should get back in touch. Laughable in my opinion that they can knowingly employ a driver proven to be dishonest.

marsh man Posted Saturday at 20:46 Report Share Posted Saturday at 20:46 I ordered a new mattress topper last Sunday off Amazon , I could have had it next day with there Prime delivery service on a free month trial , or there free standard free delivery on Tuesday which I had , on Monday I got a dispatch message , Tuesday I got conformation it would be delivered that day and just before dinner the van pulled up and a friendly Englishman brought it to my front door , speak where you find it was very good service , no complaints . Vince Green
I used to get all sorts of problems with parcel deliveries so now I get them sent to a drop off point (local newsagent) and that seems to work a lot better. Still not perfect but better.
Andy H
I ordered an item from faceache and it was sent Parcel farce 48 (groan) on the 18th November according to the tracking and then on the 30th it was shown to have arrived at the PF south east sorting depot at 1:38 am on Saturday the 30th , 14 miles away from where it was posted 12 day's earlier ????? mind you it only took another 3 day's to travel the remaining 100 mile's.
