His plans for rental properties and the reasons behind them, are pure madness.

He has announced the EPC C changes for 2030, forcing many to evict tenants and sell but then he says as an after thought "there will be grants available" so who will pay for these? they'll be surcharges on bills for everyone else and if they do not cover the costs, rents will go up, in fact bad landlords will hike the rents in anycase....

They'd be better off dealing with poor landlords, many of whom are housing associations, allowing people to live in damp and cold properties?

the Land lords register isn't to protect tenants but to make tax evasion harder, so i guess that cannot be argued against? though why are individuals and companies still allowed Sweet heart deals with HMRC?

I think they are pushing us all into the newest version of the poor house.  Where we shall all be in a warm and well ventilated building, with cooking, laundry and cleaning resources available to us all.  Even the food will be kooked for us.  IT will be lovely and have a huge garden we can all go walking in and this will only cost us however much money you may have either in savings or in pensions.  We wont need money because we will have everything anyway, the sad part is that, wew ill end up living in a massive tower block with turbines on the top nd our heating will be from  ground pumps. Forget all ideas of individuality just relax in the new 1984 yeah.  Gawd so depressing under labour eh ? Pushkin

He truly is a very dangerous man.

The worrying thing is he really doesn't realise the damage he is causing the country.

He certainly is and I then beg to differ about the damage. He does know and either is guided by his paymaster or doesn't give a rodents rear?

The definition of a socialist is that they believe that an ideal world is out there somewhere and we can make it happen if we just try hard enough.

Everything I see from this Labour Government appears to be driven by blind socialist ideology without any comprehension of the cost.

Looking out into the existing communist world, that doesn't work either?

We are in the mess we are in because of 14 years of the Tories... debt went from 65% of GDP in 2010 to 87% by 2020 before Covid/Ukraine, tell me again who has no idea of the costs?

Both parties couldn't run a bath, hence Reform.

This may be because of the way it has been set up? Ping pong they can't fail to win every time? The trough is always full and open?

They all know once in the gravy they have to try really really hard to be dragged out, So the basics of morals, honesty etc are sadly not seen as mandatory.

Our difficulty is changing the system permanently?
