Rob85
The advantages of having a brother in law who is a chef! Me and the missus couldn't figure out what to do for dinner today so we drove to the brother in laws restaurant and gave him a few quid for some steaks and produced this at home. Well this is mine, wife and kids had sirloin and I had a lovely 12oz ribeye. Paired it with baby boils steamed then halved and rolled in oil steak seasoning, garlic salt chilli and pepper and air fried. Then the usual yorkie pud veg and peppercorn sauce(another pilferage from the restaurant๐) The lighting in the 2nd pic doesn't do it justice, it's a bit more pink than it looks. The dogs are VERY lucky to have a few scraps of fat leftover for their dinner from the sirloins. Enjoyed it on the sofa in front of the TV. There's a wealth of culinary experience on here that high schools could do with to teach kids.

On top the steak is just the crispy fried onions you can buy in a tub...lazy and cheating I suppose but couldn't ve bothered doing caramelised onions in the pan. The sauce is meant to complement the meat.
